Vocabulary signs will focus on family signs, color signs, food signs, emergency signs, simple conversational phrases, and much more, through hands-on activities, games, small group activities, guest speakers, and lectures.
Beginner Level
Beginner-level classes build on the basic knowledge covered in the introductory course, with a more in-depth study of grammatical structure, syntax, hand shapes, and classifiers of ASL.
Advanced Level
Advanced Level classes are designed for our students to practice their expressive  and receptive ASL signing skills through conversations and storytelling. Voice  interpreting is also practiced to ensure students are fully understanding the stories and conversations being signed by the instructor and the students.
